Balancing Stands ABL
The Balancing Stands ABL being qualified for static balancing of disc-shaped parts or for concentricity tests. They are designed for maximum weights of 10, 100 and 400 kilo. Each set of balancing stands will be supplied as a set of two balancing stands. Furthermore they are available with a base rail in lengths of 1,000 mm.
Main Characteristics
Each set of balancing stands will be supplied as a set of two individual balancing stands, each with two hardened and ground narrow balancing discs.
The balancing discs are mounted in ball bearings and are arranged so that they can accomodate even small bearings. The stands are painted with the structured coating RAL 7035 Light Grey; the balancing discs are black oxided.
Designs
The balancing stands are supplied in the following configuration:
- Without T-Nut and without clamping device.
- With T-Nut and clamping device for assembly on the customer’s mounting surface.
- Assembled on a base rail with a lengths of 1,000 mm.
