Facebook

Our website uses social media plug-ins from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). For this we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. It is an offer from Facebook.

When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated by it into the website. By integrating the plug-ins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e..B to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services related to the use of Facebook.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

Twitter

On our website the social plug-in of Twitter is used, the operating company of Twitter is The Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Twitter is a multilingual publicly available microblogging service where users can post and distribute so-called tweets, i.e. short messages limited to 280 characters. These short messages are available to everyone, including people who are not registered to Twitter. The tweets are also displayed to the so-called followers of the respective user. Followers are other Twitter users who follow a user’s tweets. Twitter also allows a wide audience to be approached via hashtags, links or retweets.

By each call-up of one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a Twitter component (Twitter button) has been integrated, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Twitter component to download a representation of the corresponding Twitter component of Twitter. More information on the Twitter buttons is available at https://about.twitter.com/de/resources/buttons. As part of this technical procedure, Twitter becomes aware of which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject. The purpose of the integration of the Twitter component is to enable our users to redistribute the content of this website, to make this website known in the digital world and to increase our visitor numbers.

If the data subject is logged in to Twitter at the same time, Twitter recognizes with each call-up of our website by the data subject and during the entire duration of the respective stay on our website, which specific sub-page of our website the data subject visits. This information is collected by the Twitter component and assigned by Twitter to the respective Twitter account of the data subject. If the data subject activates one of the Twitter buttons integrated on our website, the data and information transmitted with it will be assigned to the personal Twitter user account of the data subject and stored and processed by Twitter.

Twitter receives information via the Twitter component that the data subject has visited our website whenever the data subject is logged in to Twitter at the time of accessing our website; this occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Twitter component or not. If such a transmission of this information to Twitter is not desired, this transmission can only be prevented by logging out of their Twitter account before the call.

Twitter’s current privacy policy is available at: https://twitter.com/privacy?lang=de.

YouTube

We have integrated components from YouTube on our website. YouTube is an internet video portal that allows video publishers to set video clips for free and other users to view, review and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all kinds of videos, which is why complete film and TV shows, as well as music videos, trailers or user-made videos are available on the Internet portal.

YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Every time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed by us and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. More information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. As part of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google are informed about which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject.

If the data subject is logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting by calling up a subpage containing a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.

YouTube and Google receive information via the YouTube component that the data subject has visited our website whenever the data subject is logged in to YouTube at the time of accessing our website; this occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. If the data subject does not want such a transmission of this information to YouTube and Google, the data subject may prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before a call.

The data protection provisions published by YouTube, which are available at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.

LinkedIn

The plug-in of the social network LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (LinkedIn) is integrated on our website. The LinkedIn plug-in (share button) is identified by the LinkedIn logo on our site.

When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, a direct connection is established between your browser and the LinkedIn server. LinkedIn receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the LinkedIn “Share” button while you are logged into your LinkedIn account, you can link the contents of our pages to your LinkedIn profile. This allows LinkedIn to assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, do not receive any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data as well as their use by LinkedIn.

If you do not want LinkedIn to be able to associate the visit to our pages, please log out of your LinkedIn user account.
